Swami Shantananda is the resident swāmi of Chinmaya Mission New Jersey, and the President of Chinmaya Mission West. Swami-Ji leads and guides all Chinmaya Mission West Centers to effectively plan and execute the Chinmaya Gītā Chanting Initiative.
Swami Sharanananda is the resident swāmi of Chinmaya Mission Chicago. 2015 USA NATIONAL GITA Chanting Competition was conducted in Chinmaya Mission Chicago under Swami-ji’s guidance.

Chinmaya Mission New Jersey
As the National Gita Chanting Program Coordinator for USA, Anjana Suresh establishes a common standard for instruction and evaluation in Gita Chanting Competitions across all the centers in Chinmaya Misison West, with Swami Shantananda Ji’s guidance. She has served in multiple roles such as the Bhagavad Gita Chanting Competition Coordinator, Gita Coach for bala-vihar children, and Gita Devi Group Moderator, in Chinmaya Mission TriState Center from 2012 to 2023.
Rajul Bhalala
Chinmaya Mission Chicago
Rajul Bhalala currently serves as the President of Chinmaya Mission Chicago. She lead the Chinmaya National Gita Chanting Competition in 2015 in Chinmaya Badri, Chicago, and continues to inspire all chinmaya centers to align with the vision of Chinmaya Mission as a National Gita Chanting Program Coordinator for USA.
